Kustomer + clariBI

Connect Kustomer with your API key, sync your conversations, and see support volume and resolution next to the revenue and churn they affect.

Native Kustomer data-source connector.

Paste your Kustomer org prefix and API key, and clariBI syncs your conversations into preprocessed datasets and auto-generated dashboards, right next to your other tools. Access is read-only.

What is Kustomer?

Kustomer is a customer service platform that organizes support around conversations across email, chat, voice, and other channels.

clariBI reads Kustomer through its REST API using your org prefix and API key: your support conversations with status, channels, priority, and timestamps. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a conversation.

Connect Kustomer in three steps

1

Open Data Sources in clariBI

In clariBI, go to Data SourcesAdd Data Source, find Kustomer, and enter your org prefix (the acme in acme.api.kustomerapp.com) and your API key (Settings, Security, API Keys). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.

2

Sync your conversations

clariBI follows the next link through your full conversation list, 100 at a time, and reads it read-only.

3

Sync, then get dashboards

clariBI syncs the conversations, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did support volume spike when churn rose?" and the AI engine queries the synced conversations alongside your revenue.

What you can analyze

Out of the box with the Kustomer connector:

  • Conversation volume created over time
  • Conversations by status (open, snoozed, done)
  • Conversations by channel and priority
  • Resolution and backlog trends
  • Support load lined up with releases or campaigns
  • Cross-source: conversation volume → churn → revenue

Kustomer is one of many data sources you can connect to clariBI. See the full list →

What gets synced

clariBI pulls your conversations through the Kustomer REST API, follows the next link through the full list, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.

clariBI syncs conversations with their created date, status, channels, and priority, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.

clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a conversation or a customer in Kustomer.

Cross-source questions Kustomer makes possible

Kustomer data is most useful next to your other tools. clariBI's planner composes it with your CRM, billing, and product data through the same entity-join primitives that back every cross-source analysis.

Kustomer × Churn

"Do customers with more conversations churn more?"

Planner: read conversation volume per customer from Kustomer, join to churn by customer, and report the correlation.

Kustomer × Releases

"Did the last release spike support volume?"

Planner: read daily conversation creation from Kustomer, align to release dates, and flag the spikes.
