How to connect Iterable
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find Iterable, and paste your Iterable API key (Settings > API Keys, a server-side key with read access). The key is stored encrypted.
Choose how much history
Set how many days of campaigns to keep after the sync. clariBI reads your campaign metadata read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the campaigns, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did our send volume track new signups?" and clariBI reads the synced campaigns alongside your business data.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

About the Iterable connector
What do I need to connect Iterable?
An Iterable API key with read access, created under Settings then API Keys in your Iterable account. You paste it into clariBI once; it is stored encrypted, and there is no OAuth popup to register.
Which Iterable data center does the connector use?
The connector reads from Iterable's US data center (api.iterable.com). Accounts hosted on Iterable's EU data center are not supported yet.
Which clariBI plans include Iterable?
Every plan can connect Iterable, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English, AI reports and adding endpoints from the Iterable catalog need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.
