Freshdesk + clariBI
Connect Freshdesk with your API key, sync your tickets, and see support volume and resolution next to the revenue and churn they affect.
Native Freshdesk data-source connector.
Paste your Freshdesk subdomain and API key, and clariBI syncs your tickets into preprocessed datasets and auto-generated dashboards, right next to your other tools. Access is read-only.
What is Freshdesk?
Freshdesk is a customer support platform for managing tickets across email, phone, chat, and portal channels.
clariBI reads Freshdesk through its REST API using your subdomain and API key: your support tickets with status, priority, source, and timestamps. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a ticket.

Connect Freshdesk in three steps
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources → Add Data Source, find Freshdesk, and enter your subdomain (the acme in acme.freshdesk.com) and your API key (Profile settings, where you copy your API key). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
Sync your tickets
clariBI pages through your full ticket list, 100 at a time, and reads it read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the tickets, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did support volume spike when churn rose?" and the AI engine queries the synced tickets alongside your revenue.
What you can analyze
Out of the box with the Freshdesk connector:
- Ticket volume created over time
- Tickets by status (open, pending, resolved, closed)
- Tickets by priority and source channel
- Resolution and backlog trends
- Support load lined up with releases or campaigns
- Cross-source: ticket volume → churn → revenue
Freshdesk is one of many data sources you can connect to clariBI. See the full list →
What gets synced
clariBI pulls your tickets through the Freshdesk REST API, pages the full list, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.
clariBI syncs tickets with their created date, status, priority, and source, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a ticket or a contact in Freshdesk.
Cross-source questions Freshdesk makes possible
Freshdesk data is most useful next to your other tools. clariBI's planner composes it with your CRM, billing, and product data through the same entity-join primitives that back every cross-source analysis.
Freshdesk × Churn
"Do accounts that file more tickets churn more?"
Planner: read ticket volume per account from Freshdesk, join to churn by account, and report the correlation.
Freshdesk × Releases
"Did the last release spike support volume?"
Planner: read daily ticket creation from Freshdesk, align to release dates, and flag the spikes.
