Clootrack + clariBI

Connect Clootrack through clariBI's MCP catalog. Read-only OAuth, and customer-experience drivers sitting next to the retention and revenue they explain.

Native Clootrack connector via the MCP catalog.

Connect with OAuth, keep the access read-only, and ask questions across Clootrack and your other tools in plain English. The setup is the same one-click flow as Google Analytics, Stripe, Meta Ads, or Jira.

What is Clootrack?

Clootrack is a customer-experience analytics platform. It ingests feedback from reviews, surveys, and support channels and ranks the themes driving customer sentiment.

clariBI reaches your Clootrack workspace through its hosted MCP server: experience drivers, themes, and sentiment over time. Reads inherit the connected user's access, and clariBI never changes a project.

Connect Clootrack in three steps

1

Open Data Sources in clariBI

In clariBI, go to Data SourcesAdd Data SourceMCP Servers tab. Find Clootrack in the catalog and click Connect.

2

Authorize with Clootrack (OAuth)

A Clootrack sign-in opens in your browser. Approve the read access. clariBI uses Dynamic Client Registration, so there is no Clootrack app to set up, and credentials are Fernet-encrypted at rest.

3

Ask questions, get dashboards

clariBI surfaces top experience drivers and sentiment trends. Ask "What drove negative sentiment this quarter?" and the AI engine queries Clootrack alongside your churn and revenue data.

What you can analyze

Out of the box with the Clootrack MCP connector:

  • Top positive and negative experience drivers by period
  • Sentiment trend for a specific theme over time
  • Theme volume and share of total feedback
  • Shifts in drivers before and after a product change
  • Driver breakdown by segment or channel
  • Cross-source: negative themes → churned customers → lost revenue

Clootrack is one of 90+ vendors in the clariBI MCP catalog. See the full list →

What the AI engine can call

clariBI discovers Clootrack's tool surface at connection time and exposes the read-only tools to the planner. Write or configuration tools are filtered out by the catalog's read-only heuristic, so the connector stays analytical.

When you connect, clariBI lists the tools your Clootrack MCP server advertises and keeps the read-only ones: reading experience drivers, themes, and sentiment.

Anything that would change Clootrack is excluded at the catalog layer and never reachable through clariBI.

Cross-source questions Clootrack makes possible

Clootrack data is most useful next to your other tools. clariBI's planner composes it with your CRM, billing, and product data through the same entity-join primitives that back every cross-source analysis.

Clootrack × CRM

"Which experience themes correlate with churned accounts?"

Planner: read the negative drivers from Clootrack, join to churned accounts from the CRM over the same window, and rank themes by overlap.

Clootrack × Stripe

"Did sentiment on shipping recover after the policy change, and did refunds follow?"

Planner: read the shipping theme trend from Clootrack and compare with Stripe refund volume before and after the change.

Clootrack connector FAQ

Do I need to register an app with Clootrack?

No. clariBI uses Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591), so Clootrack issues the connection credentials at connect time. You do not manage any keys in clariBI.

Can clariBI change my Clootrack projects?

No. The catalog exposes read tools only, and the read-only heuristic filters out anything that writes. clariBI reads drivers, themes, and sentiment; it never edits a project.

Which clariBI plan includes the Clootrack connector?
