About Braze
Braze is a customer engagement platform for running cross-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
clariBI reads Braze through its REST API using your own REST API key: the daily engagement series for the campaigns you pick, including sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue. Access is read-only, and clariBI never sends a message or edits a campaign.

What clariBI syncs
clariBI pulls each campaign's daily engagement series through the Braze REST API, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes once the data is more than a day old. Access is read-only.
For each selected campaign, clariBI syncs the daily sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never sends a message or edits a campaign in Braze.

How to connect Braze
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find Braze, and enter your REST endpoint (the rest.….braze.com host shown under Settings > APIs and Identifiers > API Keys) and your REST API key. The key is stored encrypted.
Choose campaigns and history
Enter the campaign IDs to track (from the Campaign Details page) and set how many days of daily data to pull. clariBI reads the series read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the daily series, preprocesses it, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Did this campaign drive conversions and revenue?" and clariBI reads the synced series alongside your business data.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

About the Braze connector
What do I need to connect Braze?
Your Braze REST endpoint (the rest....braze.com host on Settings, APIs and Identifiers, API Keys), a REST API key, and the campaign IDs to track (from the Campaign Details page). You enter them into clariBI once; the key is stored encrypted.
Can clariBI send messages or edit my campaigns?
No. The connector only reads campaign analytics. It never sends a message or edits a campaign.
Which clariBI plans include Braze?
Every plan can connect Braze, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English, AI reports and adding endpoints from the Braze catalog need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.
