About Appfigures
Appfigures is an app-store analytics service that aggregates downloads, revenue, ratings and reviews for iOS and Android apps across the App Store and Google Play.
clariBI reads Appfigures through its v2 REST API using your own personal access token: daily downloads and revenue for the apps you choose. Access is read-only, and clariBI never changes anything in your Appfigures account.

What clariBI syncs
clariBI pulls the daily sales report for the apps you select through the Appfigures v2 REST API, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it once it is more than a day old. Access is read-only.
For each selected app, clariBI syncs daily downloads, updates, returns, net downloads, revenue and gross revenue, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never changes anything in your Appfigures account.

How to connect Appfigures
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find Appfigures, and paste your Appfigures personal access token (from your Appfigures account settings). The token is stored encrypted.
Choose apps and history
Enter the Appfigures product IDs to track and choose how many days of daily history to pull. clariBI reads the sales report read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the daily downloads and revenue, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "Which app drove revenue last quarter?" and clariBI reads the synced figures alongside your spend.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

What do I need to connect Appfigures?
An Appfigures personal access token, created in your Appfigures account settings. You paste it into clariBI once; it is stored encrypted, and there is no OAuth popup to complete.
Can clariBI change anything in my Appfigures account?
No. The connector only reads the daily sales report for the apps you select. It never changes anything in your account.
Which clariBI plans include Appfigures?
Every plan can connect Appfigures, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English, AI reports and adding endpoints from the Appfigures catalog need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.
