How to connect Apollo.io
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source, find Apollo.io, and paste your Apollo API key (Settings then Integrations then API). The key is stored encrypted.
Choose the records to sync
Pick the object to pull (contacts). clariBI reads it read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the contacts, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "How many contacts did we add per week?" and clariBI reads the synced data alongside your revenue.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

No. The connector only reads the contacts in your account. It never edits a contact in Apollo.io.
