How do AI credits work?

Credits are used whenever the AI does work for you: answering a question, generating a dashboard or report, or writing a forecast summary. Each call costs at least 1 credit and more when it has to read and write more, so a short question costs less than a long report across several sources. A forecast costs between 1 and 10 credits. You can see your balance in the app. Credits reset each month, and extra packs start at $9.94 for 50 credits.

What do Free and Lite include?

Both connect data and work without any AI. Free keeps the dashboard clariBI generates for each source and lets you track goals, with up to three sources. Lite adds dashboards you build yourself and connects up to five sources. Neither includes questions in plain English, AI reports or forecasting.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your organization moves to the Free plan. Data, data sources and their dashboards stay. AI features stop until you pick a paid plan. You are not charged, because the trial never asked for a card.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from Settings > Billing (the organization owner can do this). An upgrade applies at once and you pay the prorated difference. A downgrade does not refund the current period. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Which features are only on Professional and Enterprise?

Team workspaces with comments, public share links, scheduled reports by email, dashboard data as CSV or JSON, several reports in one download (ZIP or combined PDF), the REST API, custom roles and the organization audit trail. Enterprise adds single sign-on through your SAML or OIDC identity provider, audit log export and higher limits.
