Analyze your Jira data alongside other business metrics.

Prerequisites

Requirements

  • Jira Cloud account (not Server/Data Center)
  • Admin access to Jira
  • clariBI Professional+ plan

Connection Setup

Step 1: Initiate Connection

  1. Navigate to Data Sources > Add New
  2. Select Jira Integration
  3. Click Connect to Jira

Step 2: Atlassian Authorization

  1. Log in to your Atlassian account
  2. Review permission requests
  3. Authorize clariBI access
  4. Return automatically

Step 3: Select Projects

  1. Choose Jira projects to sync
  2. Select issue types to include
  3. Configure field mappings
  4. Set sync frequency

  • Key: Issue identifier (PROJ-123)
  • Summary: Issue title
  • Status: Current status
  • Priority: Issue priority
  • Assignee: Assigned team member
  • Reporter: Issue creator
  • Created/Updated: Timestamps

  • Sprint: Sprint assignment
