Creating Your Account
Registration Process
- Visit the clariBI signup page
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Verify your email by clicking the confirmation link
- Complete the onboarding wizard
Email Verification
- Check your inbox for the verification email
- Click the verification link within 24 hours
- If not received, check spam folder or request a new link
Organization Setup
Basic Information
- Go to Settings > Organization
- Enter your organization name
- Add your company logo (optional)
- Set your timezone and locale preferences
Subscription Tier
Your account starts with a 14-day trial including:
- 50 AI credits
- Up to 3 data sources
- 1 user
- Core analytics features
Inviting Team Members
Adding Users (Professional+ plans)
- Navigate to Settings > Team
- Click Invite User
- Enter email addresses
- Select a role for each user
- Send invitations
Role Options
- Administrator: Full access to settings and user management
- Analyst: Create and edit dashboards and reports
- Member: View and interact with shared content
- Viewer: Read-only access
Initial Data Source Setup
Connecting Your First Source
- Go to Data Sources > Add New
- Choose a connection type:
- File Upload: CSV, Excel, PDF, images
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- Integration: Google Analytics, Jira, etc. - Follow the connection wizard
- Test and save your connection
