Account Setup and Initial Configuration

Complete guide to setting up your clariBI account, configuring your organization, and inviting team members.

Get your clariBI account fully configured and ready for your team.

Creating Your Account

Registration Process

  1. Visit the clariBI signup page
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email by clicking the confirmation link
  4. Complete the onboarding wizard

Email Verification

  • Check your inbox for the verification email
  • Click the verification link within 24 hours
  • If not received, check spam folder or request a new link

Organization Setup

Basic Information

  1. Go to Settings > Organization
  2. Enter your organization name
  3. Add your company logo (optional)
  4. Set your timezone and locale preferences

Subscription Tier

Your account starts with a 14-day trial including:
- 50 AI credits
- Up to 3 data sources
- 1 user
- Core analytics features

Inviting Team Members

Adding Users (Professional+ plans)

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter email addresses
  4. Select a role for each user
  5. Send invitations

Role Options

  • Administrator: Full access to settings and user management
  • Analyst: Create and edit dashboards and reports
  • Member: View and interact with shared content
  • Viewer: Read-only access

Initial Data Source Setup

Connecting Your First Source

  1. Go to Data Sources > Add New
  2. Choose a connection type:
    - File Upload: CSV, Excel, PDF, images
    - Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
    - Integration: Google Analytics, Jira, etc.
  3. Follow the connection wizard
  4. Test and save your connection
