What is Salesflare?

Salesflare is a CRM for small and medium businesses that tracks accounts, contacts, and sales opportunities through a pipeline.

clariBI reads Salesflare through its REST API using your own API key: opportunities, contacts, and accounts. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a record in your CRM.

Connect Salesflare in three steps

1

Open Data Sources in clariBI

In clariBI, go to Data SourcesAdd Data Source, find Salesflare, and paste your Salesflare API key (Settings → API keys). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.

2

Choose the records to sync

Pick the objects to pull (opportunities, contacts, accounts). clariBI reads them read-only.

3

Sync, then get dashboards

clariBI syncs the records, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "How is the pipeline trending by stage?" and the AI engine queries the synced CRM data alongside your revenue.

What you can analyze

Out of the box with the Salesflare connector:

  • Opportunities created over time
  • Pipeline value and count by stage
  • New contacts and accounts per week
  • Open and closed opportunities by owner
  • Records by tag or source
  • Cross-source: pipeline → closed revenue → forecast

Salesflare is one of many data sources you can connect to clariBI. See the full list →

What gets synced

clariBI pulls the records you select through the Salesflare REST API, paginates the full list, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.

For each selected object, clariBI syncs the records with their creation dates, stages, owners, and values, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.

clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a record in Salesflare.

Cross-source questions Salesflare makes possible

Salesflare data is most useful next to your other tools. clariBI's planner composes it with your CRM, billing, and product data through the same entity-join primitives that back every cross-source analysis.

Salesflare × Revenue

"Is our pipeline converting to revenue at the rate we forecast?"

Planner: read opportunity stages + values from Salesflare, join to closed revenue by date, and report the conversion gap.

Salesflare × Marketing

"Which lead sources produced the opportunities that closed?"

Planner: read opportunity source from Salesflare, join to campaign spend, and rank sources by closed value.
