What is Nutshell?
Nutshell is a CRM for managing leads, contacts, and accounts through a sales pipeline.
clariBI reads Nutshell through its JSON-RPC API using your account email and API key, pulling leads or contacts. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a record in your CRM.

Connect Nutshell in three steps
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources → Add Data Source, find Nutshell, and paste your account email and API key (Setup then API keys). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.
Choose the records to sync
Pick the method to call (findLeads, or findContacts). clariBI reads it read-only.
Sync, then get dashboards
clariBI syncs the records, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "How are leads trending by status?" and the AI engine queries the synced CRM data alongside your revenue.

What gets synced
clariBI calls the Nutshell JSON-RPC method you choose, lands the records as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes them on your schedule. Access is read-only.
clariBI syncs the records with their dates, statuses, owners, and values, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.
clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a record in Nutshell.
