Connect Google Sheets to clariBI
Sign in with Google, paste a spreadsheet link, and clariBI reads the first tab as a table and keeps it in sync, so a shared sheet can feed a dashboard.

About Google Sheets
Google Sheets is Google's spreadsheet app, often used as a lightweight tracker for sales, budgets, inventory or survey responses.
clariBI reads the sheet through the Google Sheets API with the spreadsheets.readonly scope. It never edits the sheet.

What clariBI syncs
clariBI reads the data range of the first tab and stores it as one table. To analyze another tab, move it first or connect a copy.
Row 1 becomes the column names; each row below becomes a record. Keep one table per tab, without merged cells or pivot tables, and the columns will be typed correctly (dates, numbers, text).
Each sync replaces the table with the current contents of the sheet.
How to connect Google Sheets
Sign in with Google
In clariBI, open Data Sources > Add Data Source and pick Google Sheets. Approve read-only access on the Google screen.
Paste the spreadsheet
Paste the spreadsheet URL or its ID (the part between /d/ and /edit). Your Google account needs at least view access to it.
Use the dashboard
clariBI builds a dashboard from the table after the first sync. Once the data is a day old, it is synced again the next time you use it.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits, so it needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. Totals and trends are computed from the synced rows; the AI plans the question, picks the chart and writes the explanation.

Does clariBI write to my sheet?
No. It uses the read-only Sheets scope.
Which clariBI plans include Google Sheets?
Every plan can connect it, within its data source limit: 3 on Free, 5 on Lite, 10 on Starter, 50 on Professional and 100 on Enterprise. Each source gets an automatic dashboard on every plan. Asking questions in plain English and AI reports need the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan.
