How to connect Explorium
Open Data Sources in clariBI
In clariBI, go to Data Sources > Add Data Source > MCP Servers tab. Find Explorium in the catalog and click Connect.
Authorize with Explorium (OAuth)
An Explorium sign-in opens in your browser. Approve the read access. clariBI uses Dynamic Client Registration, so there is no Explorium app to set up, and credentials are stored encrypted.
Ask questions, get dashboards
clariBI enriches accounts and segments on demand. Ask "Which open opportunities match our best-customer profile?" and clariBI reads Explorium alongside your CRM and pipeline.
Questions you can ask
Asking in plain English uses AI credits. The AI decides which Explorium tools to call, totals are computed from the rows they return, and the AI writes the explanation.

About the Explorium connector
Do I need to register an app with Explorium?
No. clariBI uses Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591), so Explorium issues the connection credentials at connect time. You do not manage any keys in clariBI.
Does clariBI write enriched data back to Explorium?
No. The catalog exposes read tools only. clariBI matches entities and reads attributes and signals; it never writes to Explorium.
Why did a company not match?
Matching works best with a clean primary domain. Marketing subdomains, holding-company names, or entities outside your entitlement may not resolve.
Which clariBI plans include Explorium?
Explorium needs the trial or a Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan. MCP apps are not part of the Free or Lite plans.
