Connect Affinity with your API key, choose the records to sync, and get your relationship pipeline sitting next to the revenue it drives.

Native Affinity data-source connector.

Paste your Affinity API key, pick the records to sync, and clariBI pulls your opportunities, companies, and persons into preprocessed datasets and auto-generated dashboards, right next to your other tools. Access is read-only.

What is Affinity?

Affinity is a relationship intelligence CRM for managing deal flow, companies, and the people behind them.

clariBI reads Affinity through its v2 REST API using your own API key: opportunities, companies, and persons. Access is read-only, and clariBI never edits a record in your CRM.

Connect Affinity in three steps

1

Open Data Sources in clariBI

In clariBI, go to Data SourcesAdd Data Source, find Affinity, and paste your Affinity API key (Settings → API). The key is Fernet-encrypted at rest.

2

Choose the records to sync

Pick the objects to pull (opportunities, companies, persons). clariBI reads them read-only and paginates the full list.

3

Sync, then get dashboards

clariBI syncs the records, preprocesses them, and builds an insights dashboard. Ask "How is deal flow split across our lists?" and the AI engine queries the synced CRM data alongside your revenue.

What you can analyze

Out of the box with the Affinity connector:

  • Opportunities by list (pipeline stage)
  • Companies by domain coverage
  • Persons by type (internal, external, collaborator)
  • Deal flow distribution across lists
  • Record counts lined up with funding or campaigns
  • Cross-source: deal flow → closed revenue → forecast

Affinity is one of many data sources you can connect to clariBI. See the full list →

What gets synced

clariBI pulls the records you select through the Affinity v2 REST API, follows the next-page links to the end of the list, lands it as a preprocessed dataset, and refreshes it on your schedule. Access is read-only.

For each selected object, clariBI syncs the records with their names, lists, domains, and types, then builds an insights dashboard you can query, extend, or pull into reports.

clariBI only ever reads. It never edits a record in Affinity.

Cross-source questions Affinity makes possible

Affinity data is most useful next to your other tools. clariBI's planner composes it with your CRM, billing, and product data through the same entity-join primitives that back every cross-source analysis.

Affinity × Revenue

"How does our deal flow by list line up with closed revenue?"

Planner: read opportunity lists from Affinity, join to closed revenue by account, and rank lists by realized value.

Affinity × Marketing

"Which companies in our network turned into opportunities?"

Planner: read companies + opportunities from Affinity, join to campaign touch data, and report the conversion.
