Private Sharing
Share within your organization:
1. Click Share on any item
2. Enter team member emails
3. Set permission level (view/edit)
4. Send invitation

1. Click Share > Public Link
2. Enable public access
3. Set expiration date (optional)
4. Copy and share URL
