Creating Public Links
For Dashboards
- Open the dashboard
- Click Share button
- Select Public Link
- Configure options:
- Expiration date
- Password (optional)
- View permissions - Copy link
For Reports
- Open the report
- Click Share > Public Link
- Set expiration
- Copy shareable URL
Security Options
Link Expiration
Set links to expire:
- 24 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
- Custom date
- Never (not recommended)
Password Protection
Add password requirement:
1. Enable password protection
2. Set secure password
3. Share password separately from link
4. Recipients enter password to view
Access Tracking
Monitor public link usage:
- View count
- Access times
- Geographic data (country)
