  • Secure password hashing (PBKDF2)
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) for team permissions
  • Cryptographically secure API key generation

Best Practices

  • Use read-only credentials: When possible, create database users with only SELECT permissions
  • Organize your sources: Use descriptive names and tags for easy management
  • Test connections regularly: Verify that your data sources are accessible and up-to-date

Troubleshooting

"Connection failed"

Check your credentials, network connectivity, and firewall settings. Ensure the database server is accessible from the internet.

"Data not updating"

Check the sync status in your data source settings. Verify that your sync schedule is configured correctly.

"File upload failed"

Ensure your file is within the 100MB size limit and in a supported format (CSV, JSON, Excel).
